Hard mode is not going to make anything else easier. Compared to hard mode, yes normal mode will seem easier, but it's going to be the same as before.

No it won't. There are several changes that Gaile pointed out. The Aflicted explosion nerf has been implemented, but there are other things she said players found frustrating, that they were going to tone down. the aoe scatter being one.

What? Hard mode is not here yet and there are already complaint?
I hope Anet will make hard mode really, really hard for you people who are so good at playing the game and finally leave us who like an easier RoT go on with it in peace.

No it doesn't. The fact that you haven't killed him proves my point, YOU think its so easy to get round them. So go on, what are you waiting for? Its only 'remove all enchantments from target, turn off skills from everyone else' and 'everyone within 5 miles radius is brought to you and telefragged'. I mean sure... a rit would do well... if you could get them to that point.

The fact that you need to glitch him so he gets stuck in a wall to even have a chance of killing him proves the point. If you fight him toe to toe, you die.

With the new items in hardmode normal mode stuff will be worthless now. And if you can't farm already you have some serious issues...

I don't mind if its hard, I want it to be hard, but I don't want it full of:
Level 41 River Skale
Skills: "Die"
Die: "Targe foe dies, and the caster gains +1800 armor, and +300000 health." 1/4 second cast time, 0 Energy (Signet) 2 second recharge.
Now, that is an exageration, but my point is, I want a balanced group of enemies without "1337" monster skills or extreme enviornment effects, I am fine with Monster skills and Enviornment effects, just not when they are so dumb you need TS to get through a mob.
My suggestion was not to make Hard Mode easy, it was to make it with mobs with good skills, not mobs with "Die".

You wanted hard mode don't start crying that it is 2 hard.
But i respect the fact that some of your people have the balls 2 play it.

There is a difference between hard and annoying, though.
If the area's are going to be hard (THK-like), I'm willing to play in hard mode.
If the area's are going to be annoying (DoA/RoT-like), I'm not going to waste my time finding the only cookie cutter build that can beat the area's.

I didn't hear much about the toning down of PvE, but i doubt it will make normal mode that much easier. Please forgive me if im wrong

K, If the Monters had Better Ai, a proper Skill Bar with 8 skills, and More Armor, health and attributes, then we would all be screwed, a Single Enchanted bowman can screw up a monk with concusion shot, and thats in normal mode, why on earth would we wont to face and unbetable group in pve?

People would like to face an unbeatable group in PVE, because if they beat it, they can come on Guru and say omg soo easy, you are all a bunch of whiners, and so on.
